Smooth Vote Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for one-time purchases of Smooth Vote, including the $29 Digital Election Toolkit and related products (Parent Group Governance, Smooth Books, Parent Group Connect, Meeting Minutes Powerhouse), offered by The Parent Group Blueprint and billed through Stripe. This policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use.

Refund Eligibility

Smooth Vote purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions — there is no recurring charge to cancel. Because access to the toolkit (Timeline Generator, Ballot Builder, Nomination Tracker, Bylaws Quick Reference, and One-Click Election Summary) is granted immediately upon purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once your workspace has been activated and used.

If you purchased access but have not yet logged in or used any part of the toolkit, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at the email address below with your purchase confirmation (or the email address used at checkout) and the date of purchase. We'll review your request and let you know whether it's approved based on the eligibility described above.

Exceptions

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund outside the standard eligibility window in limited circumstances, such as:

• A duplicate charge caused by a billing or processing error

• A confirmed technical issue on our end that prevents you from accessing the toolkit you purchased

• Situations where a refund is required by applicable law

If you believe one of these applies to you, contact us within 30 days of the charge with your account email and the date of the charge, and we will review your request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
