About Lisa Clarke

Lisa Clarke is a dedicated parent advocate, speaker, and leadership educator with more than 25 years of experience supporting families and school communities through PTA leadership and parent engagement work. Throughout her career, Lisa has been committed to helping parents understand how schools function and how they can play an active role in improving educational outcomes for students.

For over two decades, Lisa has served in a variety of PTA leadership roles, working closely with parents, educators, and community leaders to strengthen school partnerships. Her work in PTA has focused on building effective parent organizations, promoting transparency in leadership, and ensuring that parents have a meaningful voice in the decisions that affect their children’s education.

In addition to her extensive volunteer leadership, Lisa spent 15 years as a Parent Coordinator in a New Jersey public school, where she worked directly with families to improve communication between schools and parents. In this role, she helped parents navigate school systems, encouraged family participation, and supported programs designed to increase student success through strong home-school partnerships.

Through her platform Lisa Clarke Speaks, Lisa shares practical strategies, resources, and training designed to strengthen parent leadership and empower families to engage constructively with their schools. She is also the author of books focused on helping parent leaders run effective organizations and build stronger school communities.
