The Parent Group Blueprint Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for the one-time $149 lifetime access purchase for The Parent Group Blueprint governance toolkit, offered by The Parent Group Blueprint and billed through Stripe once your group reaches the 5-member threshold. This policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use.

Refund Eligibility

Lifetime access is a one-time payment, not a subscription — there is no recurring charge to cancel. Because access to all 7 governance modules is granted immediately upon payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once your group's account has been marked paid and used to generate bylaws, meeting records, or other governance content.

If your group purchased lifetime access but has not yet used any of the 7 modules, you may request a refund within 3 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, the group owner should contact us at the email address below with the group name, purchase confirmation (or the email address used at checkout), and the date of purchase. We'll review the request and let you know whether it's approved based on the eligibility described above.

Exceptions

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund outside the standard eligibility window in limited circumstances, such as:

• A duplicate charge caused by a billing or processing error

• A confirmed technical issue on our end that prevents your group from accessing the toolkit you purchased

• Situations where a refund is required by applicable law

If you believe one of these applies to you, contact us within 30 days of the charge with your account email and the date of the charge, and we will review your request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
